Recording !

Hi bloggers!

I’m back with another blog, and this time it’s to talk about the filming process for the Music Video.

To record my group decided to meet up at a park.

But before leaving to head to the park I made sure I had the supplies I said I was going to bring.

I brought the blanket that we sat on to record on.

I made sure it was big enough to actually work for the scenes.

After making sure I had the supplies, I checked over my outfit to make sure it fit with the “vibe”.

My group decided fall was the theme and that’s why I went with white and cream clothing.

I feel like these colors coordinate with fall and calmness.

Once at the park, I walked around with my group for a while.

I wanted to walk until a spot that had nice (enough) scenery was found.

My group agreed with my idea and this pushed us to search for a desirable area.

The first spot that was found had too little grass and unwanted stuff in the background.

I advised my group on moving past it to a better spot, and we did.

Once settled into our area, I helped organize the props.

I helped fix the blankets (layer them on top of each other) and I also helped set up the food/snacks.

After setting up, the recording process began.

The first shot was an overview of the setup, it was a slight close up of all the food and the blanket.

Then after that shot, it was time for individual scenes.

I was the first to go because of how we planned the video.

My first shot was quick and easy, but that was only the beginning.

This was only the start of the day and I will tell you all how the rest went in the next blog.

Stay tuned!
