This is the last part of my CCR! Here is the transcript of my speaking - Hi bloggers! I am so glad you’re joining me with yet another blog. Today I am going to be doing something a little bit different, and I’m going to be doing a Q&A answering a couple of questions about my most recent film called “Eliza’s Vengeance” while playing some Roblox! Today I’m gonna be playing Bee Swarm Simulator! I don’t know if you guys have ever heard of it, but let’s get into it. So I’m just going to let it load while I answer some questions to answer while playing the game. Alright I found the first question, so the first question was “how did your production skills develop throughout this project?” Alright this question is great because throughout the whole process of dealing with this project I learned so many different things, and I honestly feel so lucky. Alright so, before this process I used so many different apps and did so many different projects but, this project itself was so eye opening a

Changes from Film Review

Image
Hi bloggers! Welcome to the last production blog of this long process. After working on this project for many weeks I am finally finished. Before I could finalize the film though, I had to add some things. My friend Camila gave me some advice on how to enhance my film. She spoke to me very kindly. She was also very informational. Her advice wasn't vague and was specific. I appreciated that because it allowed me to notice what she meant quickly. With Camila's advice, I went and changed my film a little. This process was not too long. Her advice was only to move around some scenes. So that means I didn't have to reshoot anything. It also means I didn't have to shoot new scenes. I was grateful for this because shooting scenes take a lot of time. It also is a lot to plan because of my cousin and I's contrasting schedules. When I went to go and edit the film it went by really quick. I just rearranged some scenes and I saw the film immediately got better. I sent the updat

Film Review

Hi bloggers! After much time and consideration, I became satisfied with my film. I decided then it would be smart to get an outside opinion. So I went and asked for some advice from my friend Camila. Camila is a very diligent student. I knew her information would come quick. She is also a media studies student. Being currently enrolled in the same course as me means she'll have valuable advice. I asked her if she could help me out. And as expected, she was very kind and agreed. I tried sending the file to her through messages. For some odd reason, it didn't work. I kept on trying but something wasn't right. I ended up sending it to her through email. This tactic was finally successful. Once she received my film she started watching it. She watched it over a few times to get a detailed opinion. She told me she really liked it. She said she enjoyed the storyline. The only thing she said she would change is how I started it off. I took her advice into account and considered it

Re editing blog: some more changes

Image
Hi bloggers! I'm glad you've tuned in again. In the last blog, I claimed editing was over. That was unfortunately a lie. I am someone who likes things to be very close to perfect. So instead of stamping the film "as finished", I went in and tried to edit it more. I watched the film over and over. I wanted to see if anything caught my eye. I wanted to try and catch the tiniest of mistakes. I also wanted to see if specific transitions worked better than others. So after watching continuously, watching intensely, I added a couple little things. To some, the things I added would not be necessary. But I have a specific taste and a detailed opinion. I wanted the film to give a particular vibe. This is why I added and took away many things.   The process of editing process this film has been a challenging experience. It has taught me the importance of attention to detail and patience. The impact of editing on the overall quality of the film cannot be overstated. It is the

Reshoot blog: Just one tiny change!

Image
Hi bloggers!  After many days of working on my film, I decided it was finished. But, after scrolling through YouTube for a while I came across some horror shorts. These shorts inspired me. They reminded me why I enjoyed horror so much.  They reminded me of the emotion that goes into such a genre. The shorts weren't Grammy winners nor very popular. But they still had a lot of effort put into them. So after originally scrolling mindlessly, I got motivated to make my film better. I wanted to enhance any possibility of creepiness or discomfort for my film.  So I got to reshooting. I didn't reshoot many scenes. I just did the ones where I felt I could do significantly better. I asked my sister for some help. I asked for some advice from her. I also asked her to film for me. In the scenes I reshot I was walking around a lot. This caused me to need some aid from someone (my sister).  After seeing the end result I was very proud. I'm glad I decided to reshoot some scenes and add so
