Editing !
Hi bloggers!
Welcome back to my blog, in this one, I will do what I promised: talk about my editing process.
For clarification, I was set as the editor for my group's music video.
In my previous blog, I was speaking on part of the process.
And in this blog, I'll tell you guys the rest of the process.
To edit I relied heavily on the app Capcut.
Capcut is something I am very familiar with since I have used it numerous times.
This app allowed for my journey with putting the video together to be smooth.
To start, I had to insert all the clips into Capcut.
This took some time because there were many clips.
After adding the clips, I put them in the order that would make the most sense.
This part was one of the shorter tasks of the project.
This is because there was already an agreement as to which order the clips would be in.
I then clipped some videos and lengthened others to make it the whole project flow.
Previously I said the app I relied on the most was Capcut, but Tiktok was an important app as well.
This was the app I used to get the audio needed.
The process of getting the song into the app wasn't strenuous and it didn't take too long either.
I went to TikTok and found an audio/sound with the music -more specifically the time stamp I wanted to use.
Once the audio was in, I again went and did some clipping and lengthening of the actual video clips.
This was because I wanted to make sure the clips were matched up.
After much deliberation and reviewing of the video I finally saved it and considered it finalized.
